GIONEE M5 PLUS went off while charging and refuses to turn on

    HELLO RESPECTABLE FAMILY,

    my GIONEE M5 PLUS went off while charging it, and it has refused to turn on since yesterday night. pls I need help as to what is wrong with it and how to solve the problem.

    I have tried plugging it with another charger, still to no avail. I don't know what else to do. Awaiting your responses please. Thank You.

    Trying doing a hard reset it might help but I think the fault has to do with the power ic or something
